Camille Becerra is NYC based chef and restaurateur.  Former owner of Paloma, a Brooklyn restaurant known for it’s daily changing menu that reflected the current availability of local product and creativity of its chefs.  A fire shuttered its doors. 

 

Ms. Becerra is a Top Chef alumni.  During it’s 3rd season she was given the opportunity to be a contestant and learn the workings of television based media as well as establishing many friendships and professional acquaintances.

 

She is currently looking for spaces to house another Paloma, consulting on a few restaurants, writing recipes, cooking at various private dinner parties and most recently preparing to kick off the Hunger, a pop-up restaurant series.

 

She’s single mother to a nine year old and serious foodie daughter named, Paloma.
